Our growing team is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various mediums, including print, motion/video and website design. This individual will work closely with departments within the organisation to develop concepts and bring them to life through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and produce high-quality design assets across print and digital, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, website layouts, and marketing collateral.

2. Design and build websites from scratch, including layout, user experience, and visual execution.

3. Execute desktop publishing (DTP) tasks with precision, ensuring accurate formatting and production-ready files.

4. Create and edit motion graphics and video content for digital platforms where required.

5. Interpret briefs accurately and translate them into effective, on-brand designs with speed and efficiency.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver against business objectives.

7. Develop mock-ups and prototypes for stakeholder review, incorporating feedback effectively.

8. Manage design projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

9. Maintain strict brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

10. Assist with photo editing, retouching, and post-production tasks as needed.

11. Contribute practical, solution-oriented input during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.

12. Work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.

3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to quality.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
