Duties:
Build and develop a client portfolio with a strong emphasis on cultural fit
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
Lead new business development through approximately 70% cold calling daily
Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate deals
Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and success
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, ideally within retail sales or sales management
Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding market share
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of steelworks or construction industry is advantageous
