Job Summary

PURPOSE: responsibility for a whole site or, with larger schemes, you may be responsible for part of a project and report to a more senior manager, who may be taking care of several projects at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 4 years industry specific experience of HVAC / Bio Containment from establishing contract plan, detailing of date of shipping, day to day activity required to complete, commission and handover to customer.
Experience and sound knowledge of project management principles.
Experience in managing projects including risk management, problem solving and project analysis skills.
Understanding of project management phases, technique, and tools.
Knowledge of general industry terminology e.g., EN 12469, NSF 49, ISO 14644, microbiology advantageous
Report writing skills
Valid drivers license and passport
Budget Management experience
Must be willing to travel out of country for up to six weeks at a time.
