We are seeking a Property Project Manager to lead large-scale residential housing projects from inception through to completion. This is a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering successful construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.
Experience & Qualifications
5–10 years’ experience in as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Architectural Technologist or Principle Agent/Consultant with a strong delivery record.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Site management background.
