- Financial acumen for managing budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and diplomatically.
- Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools.
Duties
- Tenant Management and Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation.
- Enforce building policies consistently and fairly.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and property owners or management companies.
- Property Maintenance and Repairs
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Manage routine cleaning and landscaping services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building codes.
- Financial and Administrative Duties
- Monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on delinquencies.
- Manage vendor contracts and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Security and Safety
- Monitor building security systems and coordinate with security personnel if applicable.
- Ensure emergency preparedness plans are in place and communicated to residents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate necessary services.
- Regulatory Compliance
