Job & Company Description:
You will be responsible for the full operational management of allocated properties, overseeing day‑to‑day centre performance, tenant relationships, budgeting, expense control, and general site operations.
The role requires a commercially minded individual with strong organisational capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high‑quality service levels across multiple buildings.
You will work closely with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, optimal financial performance, and strong tenant retention.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Property, Facilities, Real Estate, or relevant field (advantageous).
- Additional property-related certifications beneficial.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
For Junior Property Manager level:
- 2–4 years’ experience in property management or centre management
- Exposure to budgeting, expenses, leasing admin, and operations
- Strong administration, organisation, and tenant‑relationship skills
For Property Manager level:
- 5+ years’ experience in property or centre management (retail/commercial)
- Proven experience handling full budgets, operational oversight, and tenant performance management
- Ability to manage service providers, maintenance workflows, reporting, and escalations
- Strong financial understanding and excellent stakeholder‑management capability
