This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in complex project environments. The Construction Coordinator will serve as the central integration point between Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Site teams, ensuring seamless alignment across all project phases.You will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with project schedules, while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards. This is a critical role in delivering predictable and successful project outcomes in a fast-paced EPC environment.
Education:
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary construction or modular assembly projects
- Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and execution processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with contractor and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of material control, logistics coordination, and fabrication-to-construction workflows
- Familiarity with HSE requirements and construction compliance standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain construction and assembly execution plans
- Coordinate modular assembly activities across fabrication and site environments
- Ensure availability of materials, documentation, and resources aligned to schedules
- Monitor construction progress and manage schedule risks and recovery plans
- Coordinate engineering inputs, technical queries, and design alignment
- Oversee subcontractor performance and interface management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Support commissioning readiness and manage project handover processes
