We are seeking a creative, driven and organized Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, strengthening brand awareness and supporting business growth across all branches.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years' marketing experience (retail/building materials experience advantageous)
Relevant Marketing qualification with strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite & Microsoft Office.
Experience planning promotions, in-store campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Manage and maintain the company website, Google Business Profiles and online presence.
Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, catalogues and promotional material.
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly marketing reports and insights.
Write compelling copy for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional material.
Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows and sponsorship opportunities.
Liaise with suppliers, designers, printers and external marketing partners.
Capture and coordinate photography and video content for marketing purposes.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and branch communications.
Support sales teams with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
