Operation Manager is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Benoni The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of manufacturing, fabrication, installation, procurement, logistics, quality control, and operational support functions. The role ensures that aluminium and glass projects are manufactured and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards. The Operations Manager will lead production teams, optimize operational efficiency, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement throughout the business Minimum 5–10 years' experience in aluminium, glazing, manufacturing, construction, or related industries. Proven experience managing production teams and operational functions. Experience with aluminium systems, glazing, shopfronts, curtain walls, balustrades, and architectural metalwork will be advantageous.
