Job Summary
Role Description: The Workshop Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballito. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, including planning and allocating work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The Workshop Supervisor will coordinate workflow, manage workshop staff, check the quality of work performed, and maintain tools, equipment, and stock levels. The role includes interacting with customers, providing updates on job progress, resolving service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. The Workshop Supervisor will also enforce health and safety standards, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of workshop processes and service delivery. Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching. Hands-on experience with workshop environments and processes, including organizing workflows and maintaining workshop standards. Technical proficiency in maintenance and repair activities relevant to workshop operations, with a focus on quality and safety. Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, including clear communication, issue resolution, and professional client interaction. Experience in supervising a workshop, or similar operational environment is preferred. Ability to interpret work orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate job and inventory records.Error!
