Job Summary
Disabled Female BEE Candidates required for a Junior Administration position based in Kathu
Must have Matric AND an Additional Certificate in the Administration/ Reception field
All Documents MUST be included with CV
3 Years minimum Working Experience as a Receptionist/ Call Centre Agent/ Administration assistant etc (Office based)
MUST BE proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent People Skills
Experience/ Knowledge in Filing, creating of filing system, call logging & call allocation.
Hands-on Experience/knowledgeable in:
SHEQ policies & procedures or similar hand on experience and knowledge within the health and safety within the workplace - this is a non-negotiable and must be listed on your CV!
Work according to approved organizational systems
General office operation -must be listed under your duties on your CV.
Greeting visitors, answering of incoming phone calls
Coordinate appointments and meetings (taking minutes upon management request), managing staff calendars and schedules when and where required.
Booking of travel & accommodation upon management request
Purchasing office supplies and keeping track of office requirements/ stock levels and updating management as & when stock is low. (EXCEL format)
Assist clients and suppliers with basic queries where required and allocating call to correct department, ensuring all calls and queries are resolved within 24 hours.
Assisting upon management request to creating presentations
Manage online portals/ sites/ email communication & other platforms (Training will be provided when and where required)
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs (3 x quote system)
Management of Petty Cash upon request
Sending out the weekly reports and assisting Reps/Clients with queries
