Established Cape Town construction company seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Project Manager to manage multiple residential and commercial projects from start to completion. REQUIREMENTS • Proven construction/project management experience • Able to read architectural and construction drawings • Experience managing teams, subcontractors, suppliers and multiple projects • Strong planning, budgeting, cost-control and negotiation skills • Ability to monitor labour, materials, deadlines and quality • Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities • Honest, organised, accountable and able to work independently • Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence, laptop and cellphone • Must reside in Cape Town and be available to start immediately • Contactable references and proven project history required THE ROLE You will be responsible for coordinating sites, teams and subcontractors, managing project costs and programmes, arranging materials and specialists, conducting quality checks and reporting progress to management. You must be practical, proactive and capable of keeping several projects moving simultaneously. Female candidates with suitable construction experience are particularly encouraged to apply, although this is not a requirement. REMUNERATION & GROWTH R25,000 per month Cost to Company, with strong potential for increased earnings within 3–6 months based on performance, responsibility and successful project delivery.Error!
