Duties:-
Must have at least 3 years FTTX/FTTS/FTTH & fibre Optic network OSP and ISP experience. Based in Cape Town
Have valid driver's license
Have experience in aerial fibre, know how to read schematic plans
Community liaison skill is essential
Be able to delegate and mean internal and client standard
Execute the construction activities of the site according to defined safety and quality standards.
Manage and motivate staff to deliver the expected production requirements according to safety and quality specifications
Working at height certificate and shared poles training
Site planning and execution, run day-to-day site activities
Manhole build
Manage material, equipment and labour according to budget
Manage client interaction and promote a positive relationship
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment
Provide daily report of site conditions, production statistics and safety report.
Any other duties that may be needed to be performed on site as instructed by Management
