We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Draftsperson to join our Construction team in George. The ideal candidate is passionate about drafting residential house plans, highly organised, and takes ownership of projects from inception through to completion. They are self-motivated, proactive, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing technical drawings in REVIT, managing municipal submissions, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and the internal project team. A solid understanding of building regulations, SANS standards, and municipal by-laws is essential. Responsibilities 1. Consult and communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Prepare and draft residential plans for municipal submission and construction purposes. 3. Manage municipal submissions via relevant Local Authority and Building Control processes. 4. Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and other professional consultants. 5. Assist the Project Manager with site inspections and technical queries when required. 6. Ensure all drawings, project documentation, and submissions are accurate, complete, and well-organised. 7.
