- Servicing and repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership
- Diagnose and report findings accurately
- Maintain and update on diagnostic tools
- Request relevant and correct parts from parts sales executive
- Notify management of any service related issues
- Contacting clients and scheduling bookings of vehicles
- Checking in of customers and follow ups with clients
- Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information and detailed information on the service/repairs
- Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
- Ability to plan production
- Maintaining good communication at head office and with customers
- Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
- After Service Follow ups
- Maintaining 5’S at all time
- Understanding of costing of job cards
Experience:
- Service technician: 3 years or more (Required)
- Qualified Technician
- Good Communication
- Strong information technology background In the automotive sector
