We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic with strong experience in earthmoving equipment, mining machinery, and onsite breakdown repairs. The ideal candidate must be reliable, safety‑focused, and able to deliver high‑quality work under pressure in both workshop and field environments. Key Responsibilities -Diagnostics and fault‑finding on earthmoving and mining equipment -Repairs and maintenance on engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and drivetrains -Onsite breakdown repairs and field service work -Preventative maintenance and inspections -Completing job cards, service reports, and safety documentation -Ensuring compliance with OEM and site safety standards Minimum Requirements -Trade Test: Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic (Red Seal preferred) -3–5 years’ experience in mining or heavy industrial environments -Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills -Valid driver’s licence -Ability to work independently and under pressure -Willingness to travel and work overtime when required -Valid First Aid Certificate -Valid Safety Certificate (SHE Rep, Safety Induction, or equivalent) Advantages -Experience with CAT, Bell, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, or similar OEMs -Own tools -Medical fitness certificate -Mine-specific inductions -Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces How to Apply Send your CV, trade certificate, First Aid & Safety certificates, and ID copy.Error!
