We have a vacant position for a Vehicle Workshop manager

Duties:

Manage workshop, budgets, targets and customer satisfaction in the service department
Assign job cards as needed
Train new staff and Motivate staff
Handle all workshop related issues and Client complaints

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as Vehicle Service manager
Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands such as Audi, Renault, Toyota, Volkswagen etc.
Track record of reaching targets and making profits for the department
Clear criminal record
Leadership abilities and good communication skills
