Basic Requirements & Experience:
- Successful completion of: Grade 12 with pure mathematics and science/technical mathematics and science
- Trade theory subjects
- NCV Level 4 relevant qualification or
- N2-N6 in Mechanical Engineering/Fitting and Turning
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete theoretical training modules
- Complete practical training modules
- Actively work towards achieving required goals whilst maintaining specified engineering & safety standards
Personal Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Results orientated
The successful applicant will sign a 3-year apprenticeship contract with merSETA.
Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998
