Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in similar position at a Residential Estate required
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification preferential
- Strong working Knowledge of Residential HOA Management disciplines essential
- Strong cross-functional Leadership to coordinate functions in HOA Administration | Documentation | Budgeting | Trustees | Members | Staff | Infrastructure | Service Providers | Risk Management essential
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Residential Estate environment
- Stable track record and contactable references
