Candidate will be responsible of recruiting and development of current and new dealers within the group.
Direct the planning of the sales network to ensure the optimum geographic distribution of the Company’s products.
Ensure the dealer network is able to support the Company’s products, to achieve sales & profit objectives with Vehicle Sales, Parts & Service
Establish dealer business plans, and systematically evaluate dealer’s performance against such plans
Develop and recommend policies and procedures relating to operational and developmental expenditure for the dealer network
Develop and maintain dealer agreement that defines key responsibilities of the Company and the dealer, including monitoring the effectiveness and compliance to the dealer agreement
Foster the National Dealer Council as the formal communication channel between the Company and the franchised dealers
Manage the Corporate Identification of Franchised Dealers brands standard, in line with budgeted expenditure
Applicants must have the following:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Current experience in same or similar role at OEM level
Tertiary qualification in economics or business
Strong working knowledge in finance disciplines
Strong experience in sales & marketing
Drivers license (code 08) required
Refined administrative and planning skills
Good facilitation / presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously, displaying a high degree of imitative, and ability to make decisions
Highly self-motivated and committed to achieve results

What we are looking for…

requires you to ensure a measurable, consistent and high-quality pipeline/throughput of purchased vehicles.
You will need to be able to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
The role is supported by proprietary systems, workflows and support staff but you are ultimately responsible
for the volume, quality and accuracy of the vehicles you purchase. You are able to meticulously follow
processes whilst applying sound judgment and are experienced in the administration, filing and documentation
processes associated with vehicle acquisition. You must be able to inspect and test-drive a vehicle for cosmetic
and mechanical condition and assess what reconditioning is required. You need to be able to apply judgement
when issues are encountered.
Your organisation and attention to detail skills in a high throughput role are unparalleled. You are a key driver in
our business and want to grow personally and a desire for “zero error” is a necessity. You understand your role
has a significant impact to the business and its staff and that acquisition of crash and/or mechanically unsound
vehicles is unacceptable.
You will need good communication skills, a professional demeanour and the ability to work with customers and
provide a high quality of service all of the time.
Required Duties
? Daily Customer contact (Face to face, Phone and Email)
? Daily team and department contact
? Inspect vehicles, finalise offer and close transactions
? Ensure all vehicles acquired meet brand requirements
? Keep errors to a minimum
? Documentation/Contract compilation, coordination and filing
? Documentation and Vehicle detail/background validation
? Inform/educate customers’ questions and overcome objections
? Identify and flag risky transactions and decline these
? Interface to associated functions (Logistics/Sales etc)
? Achieve target numbers that meet vehicle quality expectations
? Vehicles purchased:
? Are not Stolen
? Are not Accident Damaged
? Are free of material defect or defects are accurately flagged and priced for
validation/reconditioning
? Are accurately represented in terms of year, make, model, mileage, colour and
condition
? Inspected and accurately appraised and priced for reconditioning to brand
requirements

? Keep errors (crash, mechanical bad buys) to an absolute minimum

Minimum requirements
? Grade 12 plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
