CCTV TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
Our client, a leading name in the hospitality and gaming industry, is seeking a CCTV
Technician to join their Surveillance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
maintaining electronic surveillance and security systems in line with company standards and
applicable gaming regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and test CCTV systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in surveillance systems.
• Plan and implement CCTV-related installations or relocations.
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, storing, and auditing stock.
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Keep accurate records of all surveillance equipment and inventory movements.
• Comply with all legislative and licensing authority requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Technical Certificate/Diploma (N4/T2 minimum).
• PSIRA Grade C accreditation.TR
• 2+ years of experience in a CCTV or IT environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of surveillance systems.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Appointment subject to Gauteng Gaming Board licensing
• Ability to work shifts based on operational requirements.
• No criminal record
