Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining IT systems and basic infrastructure
- Provide first-line support for IT issues and help desk requests
- Support system setups, updates, and telephone systems
- Help maintain and track IT equipment and assets
Qualifications:
- N+ or A+ certifications preferred
- Entry-level to 1 year IT support experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment
- Additional IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage
