Job Summary
Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a finance environment.
- Experience with financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Cashbook.
- Experience with Kerridge K8 or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
- Strong ERP troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of SQL queries and financial data reporting (advantageous).
- Financial knowledge in accounting principles, general ledge structures, VAT and Tax processing, financial reconciliations, month-end processes and reporting structures.
- Provide day-to-day support for the financial modules within Kerridge K8.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related finance system issues.
- Assist finance users with system queries and operational support.
- Support and maintain financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Cashbook and Fixed Assets.
- Analyse existing financial workflows within the ERP system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with reconciliation between ERP modules and financial reports.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and maintain financial master data.
- Support finance teams with ERP-based financial reporting.
- Provide training and documentation for finance staff using the ERP system.
- Assist with testing and implementation of ERP upgrades and patches.
- Support integrations between Kerridge K8 and banking, reporting and ecommerce systems.
