Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer / Customer Service Support candidate with 2 to 6 months’ practical experience or exposure to Salesforce.
This role is ideal for a junior candidate with basic Salesforce knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce environment.
Requirements
Basic exposure to Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.
Understanding of standard and custom objects, Salesforce Data Model, and basic security such as profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Exposure to Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflow Rules, or Process Builder.
Basic knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, or Change Sets would be advantageous.
Ability to assist with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and escalating Salesforce-related issues.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with administrators, developers, and business users.
Advantageous
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification, or currently studying towards it.
Salesforce Trailhead badges or completed learning paths.
