Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of cellphone faults while delivering excellent customer service. Experience with appliance repairs will be considered an advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cellphone repairs
- Proven experience repairing smartphones (Android & iOS)
- Appliance repair experience beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: R9,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on experiencec

Required Skills for a Cellphone Repair Technician
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults
- Screen replacement (LCD/OLED)
- Battery replacement and charging port repairs
- Board-level repairs (basic to intermediate)
- Camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs
- Software flashing, updates, and data recovery
- Use of repair tools and diagnostic equipment
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Time management and ability to meet repair deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
