Job Summary
Minimum Requirements- Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role within the Automotive Industry
- CRM or Dealership systems literacy essential
- Strong administrative skills and working knowledge of Vehicle Stock Control functions essential
- Knowledge of vehicle parts, workshop processes, and dealership operations
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Valid Driver's License required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
- Basic Salary of R 10 000 to R 16 000 based on experience
