Job Summary
If you are a customer service oriented and result-driven franchise Sales Manager, we are looking for you to join a reputable motor dealership group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Sales Department to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Meet sales targets performance goals.
Lead, motivate and develop staff.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Present mobility solutions to meet customer needs.
Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
IDEAL PROFILE
· Matric / Grade 12
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
· 3 years’ sales experience.
· Proven record of achieving sales, gross profit and profitability targets.
· Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
· Computer literate and apply policies and procedures.
· Business minded.
· Valid Soth African Driver’s licence.
· Clear criminal record.
