Job Summary

Bosch Car Service seeks an Experience Service Advisor in the AFTERMARKET Motor Vehicle Industry with a positive attitude and a caring personality. We are in the process of opening our third branch in September 2022. We have one branch in Randburg, that has been going for 23 years and our second branch Cobble Walk Centre Durbanville has been going for one and half years and doing extremely well. Open and close workshop [must have own transport] 5. SA Driver’s license 6. SA Citizen 7. Must have a Smartphone 8. Work overtime 9. Work on Saturdays Service Advisor Responsibilities: 1. Manage booking calendar 2. Receive and handover customer vehicles 3. Attend to the fleet and private customers 4. Carry out pre-inspection 5. Open Job cards 6. Plan and allocate daily jobs [technicians] 7. Manage work in progress with technicians & fellow service advisors 8. Assist telephonic, email, and walk-in customers 9. Quote customers [booked in and walk in] 10. Plan and manage drivers 11. Time manage [parts ordered and received] 12. Carry out final quality control inspections with technicians 13. Discuss invoice with the customer and receive payment 14. Work with petty cash 15. Nurture and expand customer base 16. Work towards monthly targets 17. Invoice fleet debtors 18. Attend to creditors [payments and returns] 19. Attend to debtors [invoice and allocate payments]
