A company, based in New Germany, is seeking a driven and results-oriented External Sales Representative to join their team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining a client base, promoting automotive products, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Actively source new business and identify sales opportunities
Promote and sell automotive parts/products/services to dealerships, workshops, and fleet clients
Conduct regular client visits and follow up on quotations and orders
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to successfully close sales
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information using computer-based systems
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as an External Sales Representative (automotive industry experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts/products
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Good computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, email, and MS Office
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong time management and planning skills
