Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities
1. Customer liaison and negotiate additional work other that what was initially agreed on
2. Inspection of vehicles
3. Ability to diagnose and use of launch machine
4. Ability to manage workshop time frames spares received best deals within time and quality
5. Ability to open and close workshop at 7:30 to 5:30
6. Ability to bring in business additional work marketing
7. Strong business acumen /financial background
8. Ability to check work of admin staff and mechanics
9. Will be required to work between Centurion and Midrand
10. Experience is necessary
11. Probation in respect of skills will be determined Salary is market related and dependant on skills and qualification ( basic per month gross plus com)
Typical month sales are in excess of R325K exclds insurance work Target is as follows: R275k target above R275k comm will be calculated at 10%(2%)payable comm payable over 3 months or retained as a bonus excludes insurance work
