EE Black Female candidate
Relevant tertiary / Payroll qualification
10+ years’ Payroll experience, including 3+ years at Management level
PAYSPACE experience essential – parameter level
3+ years’ Payroll Systems / Implementation / Interface experience
Managed large weekly & monthly payrolls of 1,000+ employees
Strong Payroll Tax & statutory submission knowledge
Advanced Payroll reconciliations, journals & accounting experience
Strong financial acumen and budget compilation/control
Advanced MS Excel & MS Word
Payspace report-writing skills
Strong knowledge of LRA, BCEA, COIDA, POPIA, Income Tax, Bargaining Councils & Payroll legislation
Experience managing Payroll teams, controls, capturing and reconciliation processes
Code 08 (EB) Driver’s Licence
Stable employment history and proven track record
CV MUST CLEARLY INDICATE:
Total payroll headcount managed
% split between weekly vs monthly payroll
Size of Payroll Department managed
Reporting structure
Number of direct reports
