Job Summary
A leading company in the commercial vehicle industry is looking for an experienced Dealer & Product Development Coordinator to join their Head Office team. This opportunity is ideal for a highly analytical and proactive professional with strong dealer network, training coordination, and product development experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee dealer development and upgrade roll-out plans.
- Ensure dealer facilities comply with brand CI standards.
- Develop and maintain dealer compliance scorecards.
- Monitor compliance gaps and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate dealer sales and product training initiatives.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and certification registers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare auditing reports and dealer performance feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors.
- Support product research, pricing analysis, and customer insight reporting.
- Conduct regular dealer site visits locally and cross-border.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years’ automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience.
- Dealer network exposure essential.
- Experience in training coordination or standards compliance preferred.
- Experience within the commercial sector and research-based environments.
- Travel experience locally, cross-border, and internationally.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Clear criminal record.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident, proactive, and solutions-driven approach.
