Job Summary
A leading company in the commercial vehicle industry is looking for an experienced Customer Care Administrator / Agent to join their PDC Aftersales team. This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused individual with strong administration, complaint handling, and customer service experience within the automotive, transport, or fleet support industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer follow-up calls after service, repairs, or vehicle sales.
- Capture and track CSI and NPS feedback.
- Handle and escalate customer complaints where required.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM system updates.
- Follow up on outstanding customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor Vehicle Off Road (VOR) feedback and regional follow-ups.
- Capture dealer complaints, breakdowns, and non-compliance reports.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes and reports.
- Assist with departmental administration and operational support.
- Support continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer care, customer service, call centre, or aftersales administration within the automotive, transport, or fleet industry
- Experience within the transport, automotive, or fleet support industry.
- Own reliable transport.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proven track record handling high call volumes and working under pressure.
- Customer service excellence with empathy and emotional resilience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management.
- Ability to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays when required.
- Matric essential.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Clear criminal record.
* Must have Beakdown coordination background within automotive space (Truck breakdown call centre)
