What You'll Do:
Oversee the operational performance, security, and support of Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS platforms
Manage governance processes including incident, problem, change, and capacity management
Act as the senior escalation point for critical cloud-related issues and service disruptions
Ensure cloud environments adhere to enterprise standards for security, resilience, and scalability
Review and approve operational procedures, standards, and controls implemented by service providers
Manage external cloud support providers, ensuring contractual compliance and optimal service delivery
Conduct regular governance and operational review meetings with providers
Monitor performance, issue resolution, reporting, and customer service effectiveness
Oversee Azure infrastructure including networking, storage, identity, backup, and disaster recovery
Ensure Azure cost management, security posture, and resource utilisation are optimised
Manage Microsoft 365 services, tenant governance, and identity access controls
Oversee AWS environments, monitoring security, architecture, and cost efficiencies
Manage licensing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for cloud services
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate cloud security, vulnerability management, and audit activities
Produce reports on service availability, incidents, costs, and risks
Act as the primary relationship manager for cloud operational services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cloud operations, automation, and governance
Requirements:
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
5–8 years’ experience in enterprise cloud operations or infrastructure roles
At least 3 years’ experience managing cloud service providers or operational support teams
Proven expertise supporting enterprise Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS environments
Experience managing cloud licensing and cost optimisation initiatives
Strong management, security, and cost management skills
Familiarity with cloud governance, security, and compliance standards
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of automotive industry-specific cloud requirements
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
