A proven automotive sales professional is wanted to turn customer enquiries into successful vehicle sales and build lasting relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, developing new business opportunities and guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a professional, customer-focused buying experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sell new and/or used vehicles to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals and networking

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and provide suitable recommendations

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins and finance options with customers

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries and prospective customers

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry through to delivery

• Achieve individual sales targets

• Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, features, pricing and promotions

• Work closely with the sales team, finance department and management to ensure a smooth sales process

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or Vehicle Sales Representative

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Valid Driver's Licence

• Strong knowledge of the vehicle sales process

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Ability to generate and develop new sales opportunities

• Target-driven, energetic and self-motivated approach

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
