Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage all incoming calls and the switchboard.
Type and prepare quotations accurately.
Send quotations to clients and brokers.
Handle and respond to emails efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Receive and record client payments.
Contact clients to schedule vehicle assessments.
Assist with basic office duties when reception tasks are up to date.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate (MS Office and email).

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in the motor industry advantageous).
