Job Summary
We have a vacancy for a Cross-Selling Sales Executive with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in Cape Town.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Promote and sell value-added products to new and existing customers.
- Cross-sell vehicle accessories, service plans, maintenance plans, warranties, insurance products, tracking devices, tyre and rim cover, and finance products.
- Generate additional revenue opportunities from the dealership customer base.
- Follow up on existing customers for upgrade and retention opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with Vehicle Sales Executives, F&I Managers, Service Advisors, and Parts Departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities on CRM systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and aftersales support.
- Identify new business opportunities within the dealership database.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years' sales experience within a motor dealership like VW, Mahindra, Suzuki, etc.
- Experience selling value-added products and services.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance, service plans, warranties, and accessories.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid SA Driver's Licence.
- Grade 12 essential.
- Clear criminal record.
