Duties:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements and budget
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential customers
• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and follow-ups
• Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives with prospective customers
• Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance applications accurately
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Meet and work towards monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay up to date with current vehicle models, specifications, promotions, and market trends
• Assist with the delivery of vehicles and ensure customers understand the vehicle's features and documentation
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry requirements

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools
• A valid driver’s license

Familiarity with the following:

• RPE (Reynolds and Reynolds Points of Sale) systems
• Automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications
