Job Summary
Well known Vehicle Dealership in Cape Town is looking for a Dealer Principal.
Duties:
- Manage overall dealership and staff for the Sales department, Parts department and Service department
- Monitor and control the vehicles and parts in line with customer demand and projected sales
- Maintain and increase market penetration as expected by manufacturer to meet company objectives
- Improve stock turnover, reduce stock holding and implement changes to increase sales, in order to meet dealership objectives
- Report to manufacturer and head office related to monthly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal with a vehicle dealership
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills
- Tertiary education or Dealer Development programme completed
