Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
· Lead overall dealership operations, including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service objectives.
· Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor dealership financial performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
· Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Implement effective people management strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance management of dealership staff.
· Drive customer satisfaction and retention by promoting a service excellence culture.
· Oversee dealership marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand positioning.
· Ensure operational efficiency through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and digital systems.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification (essential).
· Minimum 8 –10 years of automotive industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
· Proven track record in dealership leadership, achieving sales and profitability targets.
· Strong financial management skills and understanding of dealership KPIs.
· Familiarity with OEM requirements, vehicle financing, and compliance regulations.
