Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry of which at least 4 years has been in Production Management
- Degree in Operations | Project or Business Management required
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel ability
- Experienced in Leading Lean Business Improvements, managing Lean and Six Sigma Projects
- Experienced with ISO Standards including ISO 9001 (2015) | 45001 and 14001
- Strong working experience with Workflow Management | Quality Standards | 5S | Stakeholder Communications | Production Planning and Coordination | Staff Supervision, Training and Development and Smooth Flow Activity
- Strong knowledge Product Technical knowledge
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary of R 70 000, negotiable based on experience
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
- Performance based Bonus
