Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Care, specifically within the Automotive Industry
- Automotive OEM Level experience will be highly advantageous
- Diploma in Customer Service | Communications or similar essential
- Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel
- Proven experience in management of Customer Enquiries and Complaints | Dealer Escalations | Customer Case Management Systems | CSI and Customer Feedback Monitoring | CPA and OEM Compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Market Related Cost to Company, negotiable based on experience
