Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 10+ years' Automotive OEM Sales experience, including Dealer Network Management
- Tertiary qualification in Business | Marketing | Sales Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a Senior Sales Leadership or National Sales Manager role at OEM Level
- Strong understanding of Dealer Operations | Wholesale and Retail Vehicle Sales and Market Dynamics
- Experience Developing and Executing National Sales Strategies and achieving Volume and Profitability Targets
- Strong Commercial acumen with Budgeting | Forecasting and Sales Performance Analysis experience
- Valid Driver's License required and willingness to travel Nationally
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
- Monthly CTC Package of around R 90 000 to R 120 000, negotiable based on experience
