Our company based in Cosmo City has a vacancy for a junior debtors clerk. The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be to assist our sales department in the opening of customer accounts. The person should come a strong accounting background and have thorough knowledge of the NCA.
Strong admin skills and good internal and external communication skills. Intermediate excel experience.
The person should be able to collect all the required information from the customer and sales representative that is needed by Debt Source to ensure the best credit rating for the customer is obtained.
Updating of the internal report of the status of all credit applications.
Assisting the debtors clerk in processing of all payments received in the various banks and the allocation of payments.
Collecting of outstanding and overdue accounts.
Liaising between the customer and sales representative on overdue accounts.
All other duties associated with this position. Person should be able to perform duties under pressure and accuracy is of upmost importance.
Own transport and valid driver's license.
