The purpose of the Operations Administrator Clerk is to ensure the smooth functioning of all admin duties within the assigned office. The key aspects of this position are to ensure that the appropriate calls are logged timeously, and data is captured correctly.
Key responsibilities
Answer all correspondence
Communication with clients
Follow all procedures when:
- Logging Calls
- Closing Calls
- Authorizing calls
Signing off paperwork
Issuing stock
Counting stock
Invoicing
Communicate with Head Office and Branch Staff
General Office Duties
Maintain a neat and tidy working environment
Req:
Matric
Computer literate
English and Afrikaans
Previous switchboard experience
Data capturing experience
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work under pressure toward strict deadlines
