Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Director. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage sensitive information with discretion, and communicate confidently at executive level.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and will operate independently from the general administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Director’s diary, meetings, and appointments
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Preparing professional documents, proposals, quotations, and reports
Following up on actions, deadlines, and client communications
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and service providers
Maintaining well-organised digital and physical filing systems
Assisting with invoicing, record-keeping, and basic administrative support
Handling confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred Experience
3–5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive or director
Experience in professional services.
