My client is looking for a personal assistant/receptionist. The duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting in everyday general office duties,
Managing the CEO’s diary,
Answering the telephone,
Responding to e-mails,
Setting up appointments,
Other duties that may be required as a personal assistant/receptionist.
Salary: R 9000 per month plus company benefits.
Well presentable, well-spoken and proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
Have experience in a similar office role
