Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher experience and Social Media skills
At least 2 years of Personal Assistance/office Administration experience
Telephone Skills, Professionalism, Excellent Verbal Communication and written communication skills, Friendliness, Attentiveness, Good Memory, Helpfulness, Capable of handling pressure.
English & Afrikaans and South African local language
Answering phone calls and emails
Scheduling listings, open houses, and showings
Preparing forms and documents
Creating and managing marketing materials
Delivering signed and approved documents to buyers and sellers
Arranging for contractors, inspectors, or maintenance on properties
Keeping financial, clients and deposit records up to date and accurate
Salary will be discussed during interview
