Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking preferably female, aged approximately 20 – 30 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric
-Legal / BCom qualification advantageous
-Minimum 2 years recent administration work experience in an office environment a must, preferably in legal sector or insurance sector
-Good typing skills with attention to detail
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Own reliable transport (no hassles to work)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable reference
Duties:
-Administration duties for company specializing in provision of commercial insurance products and risk management to liquidators, attorneys and professional persons
-Agency/Facility Applications
-Uploading of paperwork in relation to surety bonds
-Assisting with client queries
-Assisting with administrative queries and back-up to Admin Team
-Ensuring efficient client service delivery
-Assist with PTA Master queries, handle all outer region tickets, creditors meetings, requisitions,
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum
