Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Full-Time | Office-Based

Are you a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant with a passion for supporting executive leadership at the highest level? Our client, a respected company in the logistics and supply chain sector, is looking for a dependable and experienced Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join their team in Centurion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Screen and prioritise calls, emails, and correspondence
• Draft, proofread, and send communication on behalf of the MD
• Coordinate national and international travel including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries
• Prepare board packs, presentations, minutes, reports, and business documents
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
• Organise and oversee events, strategy sessions, internal functions, and special occasions
• Handle personal tasks such as scheduling family appointments, managing errands, and coordinating household services
• Track and manage business and personal expenses
• Ensure smooth operations in the MD’s absence
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
